Drifting marketing environment demands implementation of reactive strategies due to seriousness of pandemic (Covid 19). Crowd flow & consumer shopping behavior is reviewed and implemented with new strategies at various shopping malls. Anchors initiated by various shopping malls are under question how to balance business ecosystem in the time of pandemic. Market to sustain itself within natural business friendly strategies is going to minimize impacts of injury due to Pandemic (Covid 19). Some of the shopping malls not receiving market feedback from front line managers dealing with service part have impacted small and mid-size business going bankrupt not able to sustain operational cost and selling cost, while on the other side Pandemic wave is trying to wash away business all at once that needs immediate attention from ecoplatform partners (Shopping Malls and Organizers), not good indicators at present for organizers who are trying their best to balance business ecosystem for shopping malls.
